Following on from our discussions regarding the use of OOP in PHP, here is a great article on using a PHP PEAR class, called HTML_QuickForm, to quickly and easily generate web forms.
This class makes adding validation rules dead easy, and really simplifies the whole process. Despite its simplicity, this class is extremely flexible and powerful, and there is plenty to learn! So take a look at this article — it is quite lengthy so allow yourself a good 20 minutes to absorb it properly.
